Creative culture

The level of creativity that our staff possesses is the key to our success. As our name suggests, we make it a point to look at issues from different perspectives.

Taking the time to explore multiple perspectives helps us better identify the best solutions. We take great pride in the fact that we can, as a team, suspend our better judgement and create ideas that are forward thinking and innovative. This type of thinking helps ensure that what we do is unique, and ultimately special.

No idea is a poor idea. Thinking an idea isn't good enough to share is the most prominent reason why many great ideas never see the light of day. Creating a culture based on the sharing of ideas has given The Peripheral Vision the ability to bring many of these ideas to life. Although the initial thinking may have a few holes, when brought to the attention of others, those holes are often are quickly filled to overflowing.

Why do we do it? We love it. We live to create, as we did done long before we created The Peripheral Vision. We made this company to be our creative outlet. In doing so, we have also created a culture where ideas not only come to life, but multiply. We use our creativity, in this way, to satisfy ourselves while benefitting others.
